Oodles of Leads

About Us

We've Been in Your Shoes

Oodles of Leads was born out of necessity: ours.

We're Flip and Dani Robison. Before any of this, we built 8 real estate companies from the ground up, the hard way, one job and one customer at a time. We know what it feels like to need the phone to ring, and to hand money to a marketing company that promised the world and delivered a shared list of tire-kickers.

We tried the lead vendors. We got recycled leads, leads sold to three other companies, leads that had already gone cold before they hit our inbox. We got long contracts and short attention spans. When we asked who was actually following up with the homeowner, nobody had a straight answer.

So we built the thing we couldn't buy: exclusive homeowner leads in a protected service area, worked by real people who answer in under a minute and stay on it until the appointment is booked, confirmed, and attended. It worked for us. Now we run it for contractors in 30 states.

We're not theorizing about your business. We live it, and that's exactly why we're willing to put a guarantee on our own work.

A quick welcome from Flip and Dani.

The difference

Why Oodles Is Different

Caitlyn, Dani, and Flip at RoofCon
The actual people behind your leads: Caitlyn, Dani, and Flip.

Real people, not bots

Every homeowner conversation is handled by a human on our team. We use software internally to move fast, never to talk to your customers.

Exclusive service areas

One contractor per trade, per zip code. Your leads are yours. We don't resell the same homeowner three times.

We put something on the line

45 exclusive leads in your first 90 days. If we fall short, we keep working at no extra cost until we hit the number.

No long-term contract

A 90-day term because that's how long the guarantee takes to measure. After that, you stay because it works.

Our principles

What We Believe

  • A lead you have to fight four other contractors for isn't a lead.
  • Speed is respect. Homeowners hire whoever answers first.
  • Say what you'll do, then do it, in plain language, with real numbers.
  • Contractors should spend their time on the craft, not on chasing.
